I am currently in the Active Army as a 31B, Military Police. This MOS requires a Secret Security Clearance. My wife was charged with a UDAA, in Michigan. (Unlawful Driving Away of an Automobile) A "friend" fleed the vehicle and told the police she stole it. That being said, will there be any repercussions on my clearance? My next step is to contact JAG.
