Theft of goverment property

Was at a persons house who is with military for 20 plus years and saw equipment, tools ect from the base when I ask he said he as ben ripping them off for years and he is working on an early retirement with a health issue, Who do I call to turn him for theft and fraud?

Call the base police and his command.

No************** did not Know of any rewards for that, I want to turn him in because This guy is a arogant ass .
