Trying To Change My RE CODE

What is the name of your state? California

Hi folks. I am in the process of trying to find the correct place to contact for changing my RE code from a 4 to a 3. I am trying to work out waivers right now with the National Guard for entry, but my recruiters, and I think that from the type of discharge/separation code on my active duty 214s that the 4 should actually be a 3. If anybody can point me in the right direction or website too get information on changing that I would be very appreciative.
