u.s. air force question military law

What is the name of your state? California

Ok here it goes i was recently dq from meps but was recomended for a waiver that was supposed to be sent up to the air force sg turns out i got denied my recruiter told me it was denied so ok i contacted my local congressman who then wrote a letter to air force aetc asking why and who dq me and why my waiver wasnt approved. ok then i get a letter from the air force colonel stating that the air force aetc/sg doesnt have any record of me on file so basically my waiver was never looked at. i told my recruiter this and then he supposovly sent the papers in again so my question is can this conduct be somthing that i can take to court i dont see it fair for somthing to be denied and have your dreams shattered when you never even had a chance.

P.s. i was dq for having high myopia like a high refractive error

No, this is NOT something you can take to court.

What you CAN take to court is a lawsuit against yourself for not learning English and how to properly structure a sentence...

like wow man....

Holy crap! That's like pulling teeth....no, more like pulling your own teeth....to get through that. But heck, all that matters is that he expressed himself...right? And had fun. And felt good about the experience.

Ugh!

BK is looking for a few good men.
