That is a horrible attitude and it will prove to be your downfall. Violating the law is a very good way to bring punishments down on your head that will have lasting consequences throughout your lifetime. You can "suffer" for three years and perhaps grow to become a better person. You may even gain the aptitude to spell your branch of service correctly. It appears that your mind is made up and you are simply fishing for answers to find an easy way out.

There is no easy way out. Any violation on your part will result in both immediate and far reaching negative consequences in your life.

I don't understand some people. They want to get kicked out of the Army. And when they do, they'll come around wanting to know how to get back in. I fought to keep my military career, and i'm fighting to regain it, and I see others purposely throw one away.

You cannot make a sworn statement under oath, to the federal government, then decide you want out after you got a chance to "see what it was like". If you haven't made it out of the training phase, you still haven't seen what it is like. I'm not going to advise you on how to get thrown out, but I will advise you that you shouldn't wonder about the responses you'll get when you come back to this forum later on, looking to get in to another branch and realizing you can't.

Taking an OTH is like a twin blade. You can either successfully make it out with no problems in your life, or you can suffer your remainder life contemplating why did you make such a stupid decision during your youth. I will say again like I said to every other people that wants out as of now, we are in a recession. Getting a grant for college is no go, finding jobs proves difficult, as all employers are searching for people with experience in that specific field to save company revenue.

If you're worried about suffering for 3 more years, you better be prepared to take that risk of suffering for your entire life. Or at least until the recession is over, which I don't see any way of it ending soon until the funding stops to the war. Which apparently if you've been on President Obama's agenda, he don't plan on pulling troops out soon.

If you don't like whatever you're doing in the military, request for a job change. There are many ways to deal with problems I did not know until I did research and read on other people's stories that would have saved my military career.
