UA Marine turning myself in

I've been UA for a long time (over 3 years) due to family related issues and now i'm tired and just want to get this over with. I called (703)614-2934 and spoke with a Sgt a few minutes ago and he said i would need to go to a local marine base to receive my orders to turn myself in at Quantico (remember, this is the first step to take). He said he would call me back later today or tomorrow to let me know where and when to get my orders. I'll try to do the same thing as Bison did ( http://forum.freeadvice.com/military-law-92/just-turned-myself-390691.html ) and keep everyone that is interested informed of what's going on but until then I'll let everyone know about my situation.
I left couple of days after i was assigned to my first unit so barely over 6 months from the day i went to boot. I was an 0311 and loved it, never planned to leave but unfortunately due to family related problems and by not giving myself enough time to think it through i left.
When i got to my first unit i was granted a 5 days leave so 2 after i reported back i received the bad news so... It would have been easier to just stay where i was and not going back if i was planning on going UA. I never had any NJP's while there or have anything pending that might cause an additional problem to my case and I'm certain I will test negative for drug use once I'm back as I never used it in my life.
Well this it, once the Sgt. calls me back I'll let you all know.
