| | | UCMJ on a RUTA and no 40A?
If an Air Force Reservist is performing a Reschulded UTA weekend and is not given a signed paper 40A the both days he/she performs the RUTA AND leaves for home following the completion of the RUTA without the said 40A, was that person ever subject to the UCMJ, or lesser punishment?  |
