Ugh Husband Is Deserter Left Me 4 Years Ago!!!!!!!!! Help

living in west virginia but married in washington state
my husband left me in washington state the day after we got married he went awol then onto a deserter of 4 years now he resides in another state and I havent seen him since then what benefits am i entitled too how can i get a fast quick divorce etc etc and how do i turn his butt in! noone will help or listen to me

Wow i dont have much to say except i am going through this too well kind of, I know someone who is awol and i have been TRYING to get him caught but it just doesnt seem to work! No one seems to really care, and i cant understand why. I have a baby with this man and i cant even get him to pay child support either... If you find out how to get him caught please let me know! Oh and for you, i am thinking about you and hope you get a FAST Divorce!! Will he not give on to you? or do you just not know where he is to get ahold of him? Like i said let me know how it goes.

How long did you know this guy, and i was looking up the whole benifit thing to see if my child would be able to get any off of his father and it looks like if they wont, now it also looks like it depends on what state you or he is in when this happens seeing that laws very. Now as for you unless you can get him for everything in the divorce then it doesnt look like you will get anything much either, BUT thats just what i am seeing, Dont take my word for it seeing i dont have any degree in this stuff just looking for my own reference.
