Under what conditions?

What is the name of your state? Sala-al-Din Province, northcentral Iraq

Under the UCMJ, what condition/situation would constitute wrongful punishment, or unlawful discrimination. What if any provisions are made in the UCMJ for slanders committed by one soldier toward another?
