Unjust Co Mast ??? Overturn???

What is the name of your state? Virginia
While in Cuba I was sent to CO mast for Art.86 and 134. I do not dispute the reasons. My question is this.... I was reduced in rank from E6 to E5 and fined $850 (of which was stated to me during the Mast would be taken from my AIP for being in GTMO). I had other family issues which caused me to have orders issued to me to leave GTMO after that. Upon leaving GTMO I had an ex-PN1 look through my records and he found no documentation on the mast. We both thought it was strange. When I arrived at TPU the legal dept had me sign a page 13 about the mast and that I could be subject to discharge if I act up again. Ok, I never received my $850 for AIP, so I assumed it was taken. Well, the next pay check I was hit for $850 from my base pay on top of the already deducted $850. When I went to disbursing and legal I was told it changed because bonus pay cannot be fined. So I asked for my AIP back, which is for a month and a half. So my question is.....what can I do? I went to mast in Nov 2005 and now it's May 2006 and I have not gotten my pay? So my punishment was changed from $850 to $2150! What do I do? Can I get my rank back and pay? I was told punishment cannot be changed....can I request
my judgement be overturned? Any ideas**************sorry for the long, long post! Thank you. What is the name of your state?

File with the NBCMR (Navy Board of Corrections for Military Records). Get their decision back. File in the U.S. Court of Claims.

[cbledge] here is the site address for the "BCNR" The Board for Correction of Naval Records (BCNR) that BadApple40 had advised you on what to do to get your monies back; and hopefully your "Naval Records Corrected." http://www.hq.navy.mil/bcnr/bcnr.htm
Best of luck, and do not give-up! Shorty Out!

Thank You

Thank you for the advice! So how do you fell about me following this up legally? Am I correct? Is or can a judgement be changed after mast is over? I was told my punishment was one thing and it is now another? Do I have a chance? Thank you again.

[cbledge] here is a link HOW TO CHANGE (OR TRY TO CHANGE) YOUR MILITARY RECORDS! http://usmilitary.about.com/library/howto/htmilrecords.htm What are
your chances; until you at least try you will never know! Shorty Out!
