Upgrading Discharge

What is the name of your state?FL
I served in the Navy from 87-91. I received an honorable discharge and re-enlisted. I then made some unfortunate mistakes and was discharged under other than honorable conditions. (Misconduct - Drug use) Since then, I have paid all dues owed to the government, been a law abiding citizen, and have been steadily working in the communication industry, and would like to have my discharge changed. I served 4 years, made E-5, received The Navy Achievement Medal, as well as many others during Desert Storm. Is it possible to approach someone to having my DD214 changed? I'm not so much looking for the benefits, but would like to be proud of the time I served for my country.
