| It would help to know what type of discharge you got, and the reasons behind it. You are asking a very blanket question.

In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be. | I don't know the circumstances behind your situation, but submit a 10-43 to higher command, they usually will forward this to florida, but the people there take there time. You could get MOS qualified in Oklahoma but don't take my word on that. Too many damn liberals there. If you caught a quick flight on called the people over in Kuwait things might be ok, but for sure the 18 hours over there will make you want to sleep. I really don't know of any good attorneys for this, but sounds like you got a good one. Last edited by m martin; 03-28-2005 at 09:58 AM. |

| You can apply to the discharge review board for the service concerned (army?), but I have to tell you that given your record, they would have been justified in giving you an other-than-honorable, and so I'd be surprised if they upgraded it. I suggest living a crime-free, upstanding life and applying for an upgrade in a year or so after you've demonstrated what a fine upstanding citizen you have become.
