What is the name of your state? ark. ive gotten an other than honerable discharge about 6 months ago. ive been told that i have to wait 2 yrs before i can get back in. I was jus wondering if this was true. Any information on the subject would be helpfull. thank you.

Are you for real? You just went through hell getting out and are lucky you got out with the paper you have. Go back and do it again, and I guarantee you will be court-martilaled and tossed in the brig. Making big rocks into little rocks.

I am surprised they told you that you could get back in at all, but then again the way things are now who knows. You are probably carrying a RE-4 reenlistment code on your dd214 wich means you are not recomended for re-enlistment.

I realize now that goin awol was a very poor choice. My exwife had alot of influence in my choice. Now that im divorced and my head is finally on straight, i realize that i mad a mistake and would do anything to get back in.
