After 6 months, our military Tenant is ending a 1 year Rental Agreement under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Can the spouse be held to the Rental Agreement? The military orders are temporary and more than 90 days. The spouse is moving to military housing in the same city. Do Landlords have any protection? The Tenants do not have children and his allowance is sufficient to cover our rent.
