What Are My Option?please Help!!!!

What is the name of your state?nc
My Ex use his VA Certificate to get me and my daughter a place, when we got divorce. My divorce decrees says that I am responsible for the payment. My question is: He want his VA CERTIFICATE back, and can I file a Quit Deeds to remove his name and still gets his Va Cert. back? I am stressing out and I can't refinance the house because it's a older mobilehome. And my credit is not to good. If there is a way, PLEASE....PLEASE let me know soon!!

You will have to refinance to remove his name!

A quick deed removes him from the county/city title for tax and ownership of property not the loan agreement that you both enter into with the mortgage company.. You will have to refinance the loan to have him remove so he gets his VA Certificate back..
