what are possible consequences?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? oregon-but husband's former spouse is in california. When my husband and his former wife divorced his ex lost eligilability for tricare medical when divorce became final, they both knew this. However my husband deliberetly did not report divorce to deers, so she has recieved medical care for 5 years beyond her eligibility.
My husband and I married 3 years ago-he never added me because she already was listed as his wife. Husband now plans to remove ex and add me in sept. My understanding is in order to remove her he will have to provide deers with a copy of their divorce decree, and to add me he will have to provide copy of our marriage cirtificate. My question is when he does this won't they notice descrepancy in dates between divorce and her being removed? Also if they notice can she be billed for services rendered after divorce?

Your husband is in big trouble. He has defrauded the US government and he will be punished severely.
