where is he??

What is the name of your state? Connecticut
I am married to a Navy man (in Virginia)since May '04, I left after 1 1/2 weeks of marriage (he went to his ex's). I haven't been able to find him so I can either get a divorce or annulment. Last time I had talked to him was a month after I left, he was supposed to be leaving on the U.S.S. Roosevlet, I have not heard from him. Where should I go to try to find so we can get a divorce??
