Who do I contact about this?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OK

My soon-to-be ex wife is in the Navy reserve, stationed at the Naval Reserve center at Tinker AFB, in Midwest City, OK and has had an affair, we are going through divorce. She is an E5

This is a military offense and I need to know who to contact in the military to report it.

I have IRREFUTABLE evidence of the affair and sexual intercourse.

Unless the affair affected her military performance or was with an individual that could cause problems with the chain of command, such as an officer or subordinant, nothing will happen. You will be branded as nothing but a spiteful soon to be ex.

Call her command and request to speak with her immeadeate supervisor. Explain the situation and offer to let him/her see the truth. One of two things will happen:
1. She will recive some sort of punishment
2. It will be swept under the rug

There is an equal chance either thing will happen.
