2nd mortgage

i have a 1st mortgage that is current, i have a 2nd mortgage that is behind can the 2nd foreclose before the first

Either can foreclose, but the 1st will get paid, well...first.

**A: the 2nd can foreclose at tany time and has the exact same foreclosure rights as the first mortgage lender. In fact if the 2nd files foreclosure, the first will also.
