2nd mtg trying to collect after 1st has foreclosed

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona
My house went into foreclosure back in Feb 08 and was auctioned off in May 08. This was due to a divorce and decrease of income that i could no longer afford the house. The 2nd lien holder has continued to contact me trying to make payments of $50 or $25 to some day payoff 100k. I will never be able to pay off this amount of debt. they keep saying that they will take the next step in coming after me to garnish wages. if they do this i will have no money to live off of. if i file bk will that eliminate the deficiancy judgement that they are looking at placing on me?
