3 day notice to quit..HELP!!

What is the name of your state? California. After two attempts at bankruptcy protection from late payments, I now have received a notice at my door (c.c.p. section 1161, 3 day notice to quit) Is there anything I can do to protect myself from this notice? Or even buy myself some time to make the initial move from my house? I need at least 30 days. Should I beg the real estate person for more time? Also I must say my credit is bad (500...480) I also wondering if there is still a chance out there that I can turn this around by selling my home or leasing the property from the owner. thank you

If you don't move, I think the next step is for them to get a court order to evict you. Therefore, you should start moving soon, but the process of the court order will allow you some additional time (about 30 days).
