abondoned forclosure

What is the name of your state? Louisiana

My sister has a mobile home on mothers property that has been forclosed. She was told to vacate and auction date was scheduled by lienholder. The mortgage company was purchased before auction took place. The mobile home has been vacant for 2 years with no further communication from either lienholder. Is it safe for her to regain possession of her home?
