additional charges after closing

What is the name of your state? Wyoming

About 9 months after closing the modular home seller who we purchased our home from is asking for additional money he says we owe him. He received everything he asked for at closing (he must have made accounting errors so didn't ask for the proper amount) and signed a lien waiver. I think if he did not get it at closing we don't owe it.

Do we legally owe him?

I'm sure you signed an "errors & omission" form, agreeing to make any corrections, if necessary . . .
