adultry

What is the name of your state?sc
If I commit adultry, would I lose custody of my child? I have never had my child around the "other" person and I am a able to support my child and I am a wonderful mother. But would I lose my child if I got a divorce based on adultry?

I don't know about divorce court or child services but, the mortgage company doesn't care who you sleep with.
