Advice

What is the name of your state? PA
I have a home I live in, and a rental property. I never intended to be a landlord, just worked out that way. The tenant didn't pay a few months on the rental, and I fell behind. They worked out an agreement to pay an extra $400 per month. I can't pay that. It's an FHA mortgage, and they said they can't do a modification because I'm not living there. I made the first payment, and missed the second payment. Is there any way possible to save this house? Should I put it up for sale? Will that stave off foreclosure? Or, should I call them and push for a different agreement?

Please refrain from the normal get a second job, sell stuff, eat Ramen noodles comments, just looking for seasoned, experienced advice from the professionals who use this site.

Well, not much we can offer here:

1. Evict the tenant and find someone who will pay.
2. Sell the house.
3. Find a way to pay the mortgage even with deadbeat tenants.
