Already lost home in foreclosure

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland

My home went into foreclosure. I moved out of the home Nov 2006. Never received papers. After checking my credit i noticed the mortgage account was still open. I decided to make a call to Homecoming Financial to find out what was going on. After talking to a representative at Homecoming they informed me right off that they didnt owe me any money..(keep in mind all i was calling to get paperwork that the house was sold) account was taken over by another mortgage company. Contacted the other mortgage company and they informed me that the mortgage was still in my name and they didnt know i moved out of the home. Of course i called Homecoming back and tried to talk with someone in litigation and they had me on hold for 20mins. What do I do now?

Q: What do I do now?

A: Did the sale actually go through? Do you not own the place now? Have you checked the real estate records to see if you or someone else owns it?
