assignment question

What is the name of your state?mississippi
if i have a contract with someone and another bank takes the loan on assignment do they have the right to completely change my contract or do they have to honor what i already have

what is the new lender trying to change? Did you pay all of your payments on time?

assignment question

this bank took over my loan from an individual my loan was a 15 yr owner finance well now they make me a new contract and everything has changed the length of contract the monthly payment and the total sale of land i was told that the bank didnt have nothing to do with the4 deal i had with the person i bought from it was there loan now
