What is the name of your state?florida
i have been married for 3 years.my husband and i are older in our fifities.the year i got married i had to file bankrupcy before i married.when we married my husband refinanced the loan on his house.my name is not on the mortgage because of the bankrupcy.if my husband should die.would i be able to assume the mortgage even if the my credit wasn't very good.i would probably have enough life insurance to pay it off and i have a good job right now.my husband has good credit and has put me on his credit cards to build mine back up.
