Bank lied about late payment reporting

What is the name of your state? AZ
I did get an official Deed In Lieu of Foreclosure through my bank, which is in OH, and I have a tape recorded conversation with them where they said they would remove all the reported non-payments because they were all made while the Deed in Lieu paperwork was in progress. (I made all the payments in full up until the paperwork was in progress.) And yes, recording phone conversations in OH and AZ is legal. But now, they say they don't know anything about that, and I have to talk to the woman who handles my case - and she doesn't answer her phone or call me back (I've been leaving messages since October 2007). The non-payments are still being reported on my credit report and now my credit cards are punishing me for them (i.e. jacking up my interest rates, lowering my credit limits, etc.) This is the only negative thing on my credit report and it's ruining my life! Is there a way to force them to comply with what they promised? (I still have the recording by the way.)
