bank refused pay off, now wants money


What is the name of your state? Indiana
during foreclosure the bank refused cash payoff including their legal expenses. now after 5 years they want money. Can they refuse then come after you?

They provided a payoff statement and then refused to accept funds calculated and delivered in accordance with the numbers in their payoff wired or expressed within the required time frame? i'VE BEEN INVOLVED IN ZILLIONS OF CLOSINGS, sometimes even closed homes between sheriffs sale date and Confirmation of sheriff's sale, AND never had a lender refuse funds sent to them that complied with their payoff numbers and dates.
