Business Financing Options

What is the name of your state? IN
I was wondering if there are grants available to businesses for purchasing, building, and renovating homes. I want to be able to secure financing that does not require me to hold the property for a specific amount of time.

None that I am aware of, but there are plenty or mortgage loans. Find one with no prepayment penalty, so you can flip it quickly.
