buyers remorse

What is the name of your state? missouri,

i live in missouri, my son 23, and his new wife 20 just bought thier first house, they've signed the papers and moved in. now their getting divorced . they have not made their first house payment yet, its due in 1 week. is there anyway to get out of the loan, like buyers remorse or something like that. i'd hate to see them lose it and get bad credit already. thank you.
