What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama

Can a bank foreclose on my home if they still accept my monthly payments?

Got a letter from an attorney saying loan was due in full 25 days ago.

Got my statement in the mail about 20 days ago, thats the only correspondence I've gotten from the bank (e.g. statements)

Got Tax return today, about an hour ago, and can bring loan current.

So if I go pay the amount of the statement, or rather if they accept it, what happens then?

need an answer quickly...any advice is greatly appreciated!
