Question

Can I forclose myself?

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Oregon
I sold a home 13 months ago and I took back a second mortgage on the sale. I have a trust deed and havnt recieved even one payment . I have made call after call with no results. I want all my money now or I want my house back. Is it possible for me to foreclose myself? Can I get rid of this bum before he decides to destroy the house and my equity with it? Any advice?

do you think the first mortgage company is going to say "sure, we know you want your money, let us help you get it from your RENTER"?????

NO, they will say "We care less who is living in the house YOU/WE own, and we care less how far behind on their payments to you they are. We DO want OUR mortgage payment, cough it up."

So tell me, what benefit is it in going to the first mortgage company to try to get your money from the renter? How is going to the mortgage company going to help the OP SATISFY the second mortgage (that he holds)???

I did read it. The new "owner" has a mortgage, and the OP holds a second mortgage, correct?

OP states he has not been paid.

**A: that's right but your post stated second mortgage company.
