CAn I get Money back from stopping a Refinace?


What is the name of your state?IN I put $600.00 to lock in my mortage rate with a internet loan offer. I decided not to get loan afterall, I never let co know of my intentions except via my credit card co to disput the charges. I was over the 3 day rule also. Will I get my money back?

And though MIGHT you have the right to dispute the charge on your credit card (depends on location of merchant), it is likely that the charge would be reinstated as a valid charge.

**A: yes, I agree, especially when the lender proves to the credit card company that you did not cancel the refinance within the 3 day right of rescision period.
