Thumbs up

can i get my money?

What is the name of your state? ohio
I have a question and my lawyer is a little behind in the times. I have won a judgement from a person who owes me money. It was 30,000 dollars and it was 7 years ago. and that is at 8 percent that he owes me. We have gone to court once since then and I still came out with the judgement. Well a couple years ago he refianced his house and the title company did not find any liens on this guy so he was able to do so. Now my lawyer told me I now have first position on his house and that is the only way I can get my money. But a friend told me that the title company that has insurance for this sort of thing and before I go to my lawyer I wanted to know if this is true that they would have to pay me the judgement or if not. I just wanted some language that my lawyer will understand and maybe a number of a ruling to show her.
Any advice you can give me would be great.
