cash the money check?

What is the name of your state?calif

Here we sit with a cash-out check to us as part of this refinance. We also have checks for c.c payoffs. We were going to send them back but, something said to hang on to them until? Our thoughts were if we cash them we would be saying yes to the loan? WE wondered what other folks would do in this situation. You know we need the funds but this could last a while.
Would this be consider acceptance of the loan?
Peace

I believe what mrwizardpc is saying is that as he explained in a previous post. He attempted to recind the loan, but had problems with his lender who ran the loan through anyway. Now that the loan has funded, he wants to know if he should cash the checks to the cc companies that were sent to him or if he should wait to see if he can get a resolution on the recission problem because cashing the checks may nix any chance that he has to recind the loan if the loan officer is found to be negligent. I am not qualified to give any legal advice, I am just a borrower myself, but it seems like a simple question for someone who is qualified to answer it.
