Cash Sale

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Louisiana
My boyfriend and I purchased a home together. Last year we did a cash sale for the property we purchased together. The mortgage was refinanced in my name prior to the cash sale. Our relationship is on the rocks and I would like for him to leave. Does he have any right to stay?

Is title in both names?

yes; he has as much rights to the house as you
