What is the name of your state?MICHIGAN

When our house went into foreclosure it was because our
mortgage company refused to talk to us. They would put us
on hold for as long as it took for us to hang up (55 minutes once).
They would say they would call back with the info and didn't. They
did that to my lawyer at the time. I later found out that this company
did this to many people and there is a class action suit against them.
How do I join in on it? The attorney I had is no longer here.
HELP PLEASE

sounds like what Fairbanks Capital Corp did to my family. THey told us over the phone that they were planning on taking the house due to the 60,000 in equity. They are now another company and have made a total turn around

Right of Redemption

Doesn't Michigan have 6 months "Right of Redemption". If so if you paid off the default you could get your house back.

Good Luck
