What is the name of your state?Georgia my husband and his sister jointly own thier family home, which is paid for, he wants to get a mortage on his half and she does not want him to, is there anything he can do without her agreement.Thier father is still alive but put the house in thier name 3 years ago, when he became ill.My husband will be the ex. of the estate when his dad passes if that makes a difference. :
