Condo Foreclosure Fla

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Fl

Ok here is the deal. Wife individual condo and that we are still legally married and I reside in a different state though and the condo deed indicates single woman. Bank is foreclosing. SOmehow they found out that I am the unknown spouse of my wife and gave me a summons on 7/2/2008 which they recorded in the county on 6/2/2008 and I have 20 days to respond after being served even though they stamped it 6/16/2008. The deed and the mortgages on this condo are her accounts in her name only. I am worried about my credit and any possible deficiency judgements since I own other real estate property in the state of Fl. that is currently recorded in my name alone. Any help or advice would be nice. I cant see how they can attach my assest nor affect my credit but this world is crazy...

Were you married when the property was purchased? Separated? Prior to marriage?

Condo update

Her Condo was purchased when we were still married but apart in Md. then she moved to Fla in 10/2006 and purchased the condo in 8/2006 and moved in 10/2006 to fla. I purchase my house in Fla in 9/2007 as we were getting back together. We have not filed any seperation papers or anything.. I am in Md she is in Fla. Its a mess as I stated I am not listed on any of her accounts and she is not on any of mine but the fact that they summoned me to defend god knows how they found me..
