Question

cosigner


What is the name of your state? fl


i cosigned for a mobile home mortgage and the person i cosigned for quit making payments can i take them to court and try and get some of my money back or am i just stuck with this mortgage

Okay they do not make the payments (you are on the hook until that is resolved somehow) but you expect to sue them and get some money? Guess you can try but I wouldn't spend a lot of money to try and collect money they probably don't have and never will.
