dead beat ex-wife

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? pa about 20 years ago my wife and i purchased a home ,but due to my bad credit the house was and is in her name only. we are since divorced and my two daughters live there without there mother. my ex has become very irresponsible, quit her job and is two months behind on paying the mortgage. i currently own my own home with my fiance. do i have any legal rights with my ex's house, if not is there anyway for me to obtain the house before it is foreclosed.
