Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure, got served anyway?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL

I own a property in Illinois. I moved to the state of Wisconsin, and listed my IL home for sale. It did not sell, and I could no longer afford 2 mortgages. The job I moved to WI for let me go, and I had to declare bankruptcy. I filed Chapter 7 in WI and it has been discharged. My Illinois property was listed as a surrender in my bankruptcy. My Wisconsin atty is not licensed in Illinois and can no longer help me with the foreclosure aspect. I was told to contact my mortgage lender and sign a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. I contacted my lender at least 30 times to no answer. Yesterday, I was served with foreclosure papers. I do not currently have an Illinois atty, nor can I afford one. I don't know how to proceed, but I only have 30 days to respond.

Could someone please point me in the right direction? I thank you so much for your help in advance. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
