Deficiency Judgment in Mohave County

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

I own a condo in Mohave County that is about to go into foreclosure. I bought it as a primary residence. Due to work related reason, I did not move to AZ from IL. My question is, as a 2nd home do i still fall under the ARS title 33 law for Deficiency Judgements in AZ? It is less then 2.5 acres and a single family dwelling.
