EvictionWhat is the name of your state? MI... I bought a foreclosure and the redemption period is almost up. The previous owner states taht he isn't going anywhere meaning he's not moving. How do I go about evicting him? He's already lived there free for a year. I want him out of my new house asap. Any help please??? |
