Eviction Appeal at the County Court Level

What State are you in? Texas

I have already appealed at the JP level, filed a Pauper's Affidavit, had a hearing in the County Court of Law..now what. I know that I have to file a supersede as bond. Here are my questions:

1) Where do I go to file this and will filing this be the written appeal?

2) Am I correct in my belief that there is no "Pauper's Affidavit" for an appeal at this level?

3) I've heard different time frames for filing the appeal ( 5 - 30 days). What is my best timeframe - to be legal and use time to my best advantage?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Go to the court where you got the judgment to file an appeal.

A supersedeas bond only guarantees that you will do what you are supposed to do (among other things). It is not an appeal.
