Eviction on our forclosed home

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington State

To whom it may concern, How long do we have to vacate the premise of our forclosed home after we have been court ordered by the judge to vacate the property asap. Thanks for a response.

I was wondering who had the FA Crystal Ball. According to the schedule, it was supposed to have sent to me last Tuesday!!!
I missed the LOTTO numbers for this week!!

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

That information should have been provided on the order you received. Talk to a local landlord tenant/eviction attorney or look up the law at your local library or law library.

However, Landlord Tenant law doesn't necessarily apply to homeowner evictions in foreclosure. Timelines are different. By the time foreclosure occurs, the homeowner has known of the impending housing loss for a very long time. IN my state, for a minimum of 8 months, and that is following the 90 to 150 days delinquency before the file was referred to the attorney.
