Ex did not refinance per court order

MinnesotaWhat is the name of your state? Minnesota

I was divorced in May 2002. My ex-husband was supposed to refinance the house after one year from that date to release my liability. I also signed a Quit Claim Deed. How can I enforce his refinancing of the property?
