Family Law

Pa.
I am looking for a family law lawyer in the Philadelphia Pa. area. I have been married to a functional alcoholic for ten years. We have two children 9 years old and 6 years old. He is mentally abusing me. I am on Medication for anxiety and under a therapist care. He is now mentally abusing my children by telling then your mother is crazy. My oldest is afraid of me because of his father. I tried to get help for my husband. And it's the same old line. I will go to AA meetings and will go to a marriage council. but he never does. It's time to get away from this man. He has moved from our family home.and into his parents home around the corner from our house. So, he walks in and out any time he wants to. I know this is his house too, but, I am afraid of his violet temper. I work part time and that money is spent on my children catholic school and food. So, there is no spending money for me at all. We did have a joint checking and savings account. Without my approval he closed the account and open up another account with only his name on it. He is paying the bills in the house. I need a lawyer to help me! I can't pay for legal fees until after the house is sold and the child support is in order. so if there is a kind soul out there that can help me with this case. Can you please write back to me.
A lost SoulWhat is the name of your state?

No one here can recommend an attorney to you -- unethical on a website. See the "Find A Lawyer" feature just to the right of these messages? Use that. Good luck.

Oh, you mean that lovely "burnt umber" button marked "post your case to an attorney"
